1. Do you have a customer charter?

2. Do you CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) check your drivers?
Yes we do, in fact we go further. We require a medical test by our company doctor which also includes a drug and alcohol abuse test to ensure the highest standards.
3. Do you work for any local authorities?
Yes we do, we are approved by both Essex and Hertfordshire County Councils and we have contracts from both.
4. Do you have 57 seat coaches?
Yes. We have coaches with 8 seats 16 seats 33 seats 35 seats 53 seats 57 seats and 70 seats to cover all aspects of your coaching requirements.
5. Do your vehicles carry all the legal signage for school work?
Yes they do, again we go further, we guarantee to supply you 99% of the time a coach in high visibility yellow (A legal requirement from 2010) with large child signs and the words “caution school bus” on both front and rear of our vehicles. All our drivers have to give a safety speech to all passengers’ adults and children alike as safety is paramount to us.
6. Do your vehicles have seat belts?
Yes they do, as by law all coaches must be fitted with seat belts, and as from 1st May 2006 it is law to wear seat belts on all coaches. Our coaches are also fitted with 1st aid kits and fire extinguishers.
7. Are your vehicles well maintained?
Yes they are. In fact this is a ministry requirement all our Coaches are serviced every 6 weeks by our own mechanics and we have vehicles independently inspected by a company outside of our organization to ensure that they are maintained to the highest safety standards.
8. Are you prices fair?
Yes they are. We try to run our business in a exemplary manor and this reflects in our pricing. We at Logic are fully aware of the demands made on educational budgets. We run schemes which reward you, our customer, for volume work. Contact us for further details?
9. Do you hold the necessary qualifications to do Continental work?
Yes we hold both UK and continental Operator licences and are fully insured (a copy is available on request for you files) and our drivers are continental experienced.
